Shipping Policy
At Intentional Self, we aim to get your health and wellness goodies to you quickly and affordably.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 for all orders delivered anywhere in New Zealand.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping: Please allow 2–5 working days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.
Rural addresses may take an extra day or two.
We ship using trusted courier services and will send you tracking details as soon as your order is on the move.
Order Processing
Orders are packed and sent Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.
Shipping Notes
At this stage, we only ship within New Zealand.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct—we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

We want you to love your purchase and feel completely supported in your experience with us.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about a product - we are always happy to help guide you.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kylie@intentionalself.co.nz
Include your name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the situation promptly.
Once approved, we will offer either:
• A replacement item (where available), or
• A refund
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
• Skincare, body oils, and wellness products
• Crystals and energetic tools that have been handled or used
• Any opened or unsealed items
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely, we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels once they are with the courier. We will, however, assist wherever possible in tracking and resolving courier issues.
