I created Intentional Self as a place where you can slow down, exhale, and be gently supported back to yourself.
A space where healing feels safe, nourishing, and deeply personal.
My own journey into holistic healing began after a cancer diagnosis. During that time, I turned to Reiki and massage as a way to care for my body and calm my nervous system.
What started as something for me quickly grew into a calling to support others — not just physically, but emotionally and energetically too.
Intentional Self is the result of that path. It’s my way of holding space for others to rest, heal, and reconnect.

Self-care should be intentional – not rushed, not performative, not one-size-fits-all. Our treatments and products are designed to meet you where you are, and gently guide you back to balance.
How I work.
I’m a certified Reiki and Holistic Massage Therapist, but more than that, I’m someone who believes in the quiet power of intentional care. My approach is slow, intuitive, and centred entirely around you.
I work gently with the body’s natural rhythms, never rushing, never pushing — because I’ve learned that true healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported.
If you're here for energy work, massage, or simply a quiet moment to reset, I tailor each session to meet you where you’re at. No two sessions are the same, because no two bodies or stories are the same. I work exclusively with women, creating a safe and deeply restorative space to pause, heal, and come home to yourself.
Why I do this work.
We live in a world that moves fast. That glorifies productivity. That often overlooks the importance of rest and reconnection. I believe self-care is not a luxury, it’s a vital part of feeling whole.
My hope is that Intentional Self becomes your sanctuary. A place where you feel grounded, held, and able to return to yourself — one breath at a time.
